    Is your car not among the customization models?

    If your vehicle model is not among the customization models, please send us an email to info@smcardress.com to assess whether it is possible to tailor your car cover.

    Does your car have modifications with respect to the factory model?

    In the configurator of your cover, there is a section “Comments and special elements of your vehicle” where you can indicate the modifications of your vehicle.

    How to place your order?

    We have a configurator for your tailored cover. Once each of the sections has been selected, you will be able to view your chosen cover and pressing the “Add to cart” button will automatically generate your purchase order.

    Can the cover be Washable?

    For both an indoor cover and an outdoor cover, the recommended washing is in the washing machine, cold and with a gentle program, with air drying and without ironing.

    We ship worldwide?

    Yes, we do worldwide shipment. The rate of transport costs depends on the country destination. In the case of non-EU countries, there are specific duties for each country where the merchandise is destined and they are the customer responsibility in its entirety. SM Car Dress, S.L does not have this updated information for each country.

    Guarantee

    SM Car Dress SL acts as a manufacturer, in the legally established terms in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. The duration of this guarantee is one year from the date of delivery. It also guarantees that all products are made with materials that have the relevant certifications from official laboratories that offer the highest quality and do not present defects or hidden defects. The warranty does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, use or improper manipulation. Products modified or repaired by the customer or anyone other than the manufacturer are excluded from the warranty. The guarantee will not be applicable to apparent defects and product conformity defects, for which any claim must be made by the customer in question within 7 days of delivery of the products. To make use of the guarantee, it is essential to keep the receipt or delivery note.

    Return Policy

    All products may be returned and reimbursed, provided that the Customer communicates to SM Car Dress SL his intention to return the product within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the delivery date and that the following requirements are met: Product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling. The shipment must be made using the same box, failing that, it may be sent in a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition. A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package and the reason for the return. If the reason for the return or cancellation is not attributable to SM Car Dress S.L, it will pay the cost of the product except for shipping costs for returns. SM Car Dress S.L will manage the return order under the same system that was used for payment within 48 hours from the confirmation of arrival at the warehouse of the returned order. The application of the refund on the Customer’s account or card will depend on the card and the issuing entity. The application period will be up to 7 days for debit cards and up to 30 days for credit cards.
